// 01— Why we exist

Live case study · Miami-Dade

The $650,000 that nobody's claiming.

One real Palmetto Bay foreclosure. One deceased owner. One $40,000 debt on a $929,000 home. And 297 days until the heirs lose the surplus to escheat.

In March 2018, a couple bought a single-family home in Palmetto Bay, Florida, for $490,000. Homestead exemption — their primary residence.

Seven years later, the home is worth an estimated $929,000. More than half is unearned equity the family never borrowed against.

Then the owner died. A $40,000 mortgage — less than 5% of the home's value — went into default. SouthState Bank filed foreclosure. On April 2, 2026, the property sold at public auction.

The final judgment: $279,000. The sale proceeds on a $929,000 home left $650,301 in surplus sitting in the Miami-Dade County Clerk's account.

That money belongs, by Florida statute, to the heirs of the deceased owner. The Clerk holds it for one year. If unclaimed, it escheats to the state. The statute does not require the Clerk to find the heirs.

“The heirs have 297 days to find out this money exists.”
That's the problem Revesta solves.

// 06— Why operators pick us

Built for the operator, not the funnel.

Reason · 01

Verification first, not after

Five-minute court-registry and lien check before you sign the engagement. No more wasted contracts on junior-encumbered cases that never paid out.

Reason · 02

Florida-specific, statute-aware

Chapter 45 service-of-process windows, §717.124 escheat deadlines, and §732 intestate-succession trees built into every record. Fee caps auto-calculated per case, per county.

Reason · 03

Not a course. Not a JV. Not another CRM.

You keep 100% of your fee. Revesta sits upstream of the dialer and spreadsheets you already use — we are the verification step, not the lead mill, not the coach.

// 07— How we compare

One end-to-end pipeline. Four other tools. Different jobs.

Most vendors either sell raw data and leave you to qualify it manually, or bolt an automation layer onto a workflow that still depends on someone digging through the docket. We sit upstream of both — verifying the case file before you touch it.

// 08— Real operators talk to us

Discovery call · 2026-06-03 · 4:21 minutes

“Reading documents is painful. Skip tracing is one of the hardest parts.”
— Christy · Foreclosure Advocates · Tennessee

We hear this every week. Revesta exists because the verification + skip-trace stack is the part of your day that costs you deals — not finding the cases.

// 09— Honest answers

Questions operators actually ask.

Q1.

Is this another CRM I have to set up?

No. Revesta sits upstream of whatever dialer, spreadsheet, or CRM you already use. You log in, see verified cases, export, work them in your own stack. No data migration, no onboarding video marathon.

Q2.

Which states does Revesta cover?

Florida at launch — all 67 counties, statute-aware (Ch. 45, §717.124, §732). We will add a second state only when FL coverage is fully battle-tested with paying operators.

Q3.

What if I already use Excess Elite, Surplus Rocket, or PropStream?

Run Revesta first. Use it to filter which cases are worth signing under contract before you spend the JV commission or the dialer time. Operators we talk to keep their existing tools — we just remove the wasted hours.

Q4.

How do I see if a county I work is covered?

Book the 15-minute discovery call below and bring 2–3 counties. We will pull live verification on them during the call and tell you straight if it works or not.

Florida early access

Spend 15 minutes telling us what slows you down.

We're onboarding a small number of FL operators ahead of public launch. If your workflow matches what we're building, you get access before pricing goes up.
